However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange or return it, please contact our customer care team. SHIPPING TIME
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. Delivery timing of the product is 2 business days for UAE. Orders that will be placed after business hours i.e. 8 am to 6 pm, consequently in this case, orders will be accepted next business day. Shipment time could be delayed beyond the provided time if the provided address is not correct and complete.

FREE SHIPPING
We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders with a total value of AED 350 or more. For orders below AED 350, a flat shipping fee of AED 16 will be charged. We strive to provide our customers with convenient and cost-effective shipping options, regardless of the size of their order.

ONLINE POLICY:
• Items bought online through sawalef.com, must be returned via our local customer support.
• Any item bought on a third party website is not our responsibility.
• We accept exchange or refund for same priced items within 14 days if the item is not opened but the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• We accept exchange or refund for same priced items within 14 days if the item is opened but we’ve confi¬rmed it is wrong or has a quality issue. Shipping charges will be borne by Swiss Arabian.
• If you wish to cancel your order you can do so by informing us within 24 hours.
